Learn more at omaze.de . 🔑 About The Job As our AI Enablement Specialist , you will be the first embedded member of Omaze’s AI Operations team in Germany. Working closely with teams across the business, you will identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery through AI, automation, and smarter ways of working. You will act as the bridge between our global AI Operations team and local stakeholders, helping teams adopt modern tools, embrace new ways of working, and deliver measurable business impact. This is not a traditional engineering role. While you should be comfortable building automations and prototypes, your success will be defined by your ability to understand business problems, influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and help teams work smarter. You will report into the Global AI Operations team and work closely with colleagues across Germany and the UK to support Omaze’s broader AI transformation journey. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Understand Business Workflows Partner with teams across Germany to understand workflows, challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate discovery sessions and map current processes. Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or better tooling can create measurable impact. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business. Enable AI Adoption Support teams in adopting AI-enabled tools and workflows already being rolled out globally.
