About the Role We're looking for an AI Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling intelligent agents across the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll transform defined business use cases into production-ready agentic solutions, leveraging modern AI technologies, Azure services, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture. As part of the Agent Factory team, you'll develop agents that can securely access enterprise systems, interact with business tools, manage context and memory effectively, and operate reliably at scale. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI leadership to ensure every solution delivers real business value while meeting enterprise standards for security, performance, and governance.
