Accountabilities: Develop and maintain automated testing solutions that improve product quality and increase confidence throughout the development lifecycle. Define and execute automation strategies based on product risks, scalability needs, and long-term quality objectives. Analyze existing QA processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives that enhance testing effectiveness. Design comprehensive test coverage using advanced test analysis techniques across different testing layers, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Build, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and QA tools to ensure they remain reliable, scalable, and easy to use. Use AI-powered tools daily to accelerate problem-solving, improve test design, enhance reporting, and increase engineering productivity. Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate quality practices early in the development process. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and QA sign-off processes. Take ownership of quality responsibilities within assigned product areas and drive continuous improvements. Mentor team members, share QA expertise, and promote best practices across engineering teams.
