Already, 120+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like BASF, Miele, Siemens or Daimler and many SME. It provides the full digital infrastructure which makes Vicos come true as a new form to organize human labor and human-agentic interaction. Developing it further takes engineers who combine technical excellence, pragmatic judgement and entrepreneurial spirit. The AI & Platform Innovation Engineer we are looking for embodies these qualities. He or she is up for making a major contribution to our company and to our society. Tasks Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or integrating existing agents and foundational technologies. This involves close cooperation with our Business Development team and other users. Use AI to aggressively ship high-quality code. Architect and build AI‑first software solutions for complex user‑stories: scalable, robust, maintainable. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end innovations. Own the full development pipeline: from design and development, through QA and deployment, to production monitoring. Lead architectural discussions, code reviews, and retrospectives; mentor fellow engineers.
