Responsibilities: Define training strategy and manage training programs for a wide range of audiences across a global operations environment Apply learning theory and adult learning concepts - including frameworks like ADDIE - in a rapid, iterative way suited to a fast-paced operations environment Prioritize a diverse portfolio of projects, manage timelines, assess scope changes, and provide status updates across multiple training programs simultaneously Lead training initiatives and manage programs across regions and time zones Partner with the Global Training team to translate training strategy into execution, ensuring consistent delivery across programs and regions Coordinate and collaborate across the wider Operations organization, including Partner Engagement, Global Operations, Quality, and vendor teams, to align on deliverables and timelines Partner with engineers and data scientists to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training content and documentation Prod…
