Join us and drive the energy revolution We are looking for an Asset Optimization Community Lead (m/f/x) who wants to play a key role in shaping and scaling our asset optimization capabilities within a fast-growing energy trad ing environment. Reporting directly to our CTO, you will lead our 2 Asset Optimization Teams (4 people each), ensuring optimization work is scoped , prioritized, planned, and delivered effectively in line with customer, commercial, product, and delivery demands. Note: We can only consider candidates based in Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK (or open to relocation to one of these countries, provided the candidate holds the right to work). Redefine "automation" in energy trading As part of our team of experts, you will Lead and develop the Asset Optimization Teams, ensuring strong performance, well-being, and continuous growth Own prioritization and planning of optimization work Balance delivery commitments with reactive commercial and customer demands Act as the key coordination point between optimization and the wider business Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and expectations clearly to stakeholders Support customer-facing discussions and commercial opportunities with optimization expertise Ensure short-notice and high-priority requests are handled in a structured and controlled way Represent the optimization function across the organization Continuously improve the scalability, effectiveness, and operational maturity of the team How you fit into the team You want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and you Value strong team spirit, ownership, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented culture Have a strong understanding of asset optimization and energy market dynamics Bring experience in leading and coordinating technical/specialist teams Have worked with commercial, delivery, and technical stakeholders Possess strong prioritization, planning, and workload management skills Communicate clearly and confidently, including in customer-facing settings Are able to translate business and customer needs into clear team priorities Remain calm under pressure and can manage competing demands effectively Balance being supportive with the ability to set boundaries and protect team focus Have a structured, disciplined, and improvement-driven mindset Communicate fluently in English If you also have experience in energ…
