A day in the life of an Associate As an Associate in the Client Service team, you’ll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. These connections could take the form of an hour-long phone call between the client and expert advisor, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will work on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams. Your responsibilities will include: Owning end-to-end client-expert communications , spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
