We’re looking for an analytical, commercially-minded Associate Director to own our prime lending strategy and help us scale it fast. You'll own how we price, market and grow our prime business, build and lead a high-calibre analytics team, and put the customer at the heart of every decision. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where ideas matter more than hierarchy, and execution beats bureaucracy.
