Role Overview This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Brand Partnerships Specialist to support the Global Head of Brand Partnerships in delivering Cohere’s growing portfolio of global partnerships. You’ll help bring some of Cohere’s most visible partnerships to life—including our flagship Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team partnership—while working across Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working on world-class partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, executive engagement programmes, and premium customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Support the activation and day-to-day management of Cohere’s global brand partnerships, including our flagship Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team partnership and our partnership with Norwegian chess grandmaster and five-time World Chess Champion, Magnus Carlsen. Assist in planning and delivering integrated partnership campaigns spanning digital, social, content, events, executive engagement, and thought leadership. Track partnership rights, contractual deliverables, approvals, and activation schedules. Maintain partnership documentation, asset libraries, calendars, contact databases, and project plans.
