As a Human Research Protection Program Analyst, you will be responsible for processing RDC and IRB submissions as needed, completing pre-reviews of research protocols, preparing meeting materials and minutes, issuing IRB outcome letters, and managing studies and the submission process in iRIS. This is a remote position, and is scheduled to work Sunday-Saturday, 8AM-5PM. The preferred candidate must live local to our facility; 901 E Willetta St, Phoenix, AZ 85006 POSITION SUMMARY This position supports Banner Health (BH) Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) management and staff and assists in the management of the BH Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Research Determination Committee (RDC). This includes a critical role in providing technical assistance for management of the BH IRB & RDC and a pivotal role in monitoring compliance with and follow-up of annual research staff reporting requirements; assisting the BH Research Regulatory Affairs team, assisting in the development and implementation of training documents and policy & procedures; assisting with the day-to…
