Your Tasks You will maintain and continuously improve recurring reports, providing management with clear daily and weekly updates on key developments You will conduct advanced data analyses, primarily using Excel, to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize internal and external processes, workflows, and operational efficiency You will build clear, user-friendly reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to understand data and independently work with reporting tools You will support the team with recurring operational tasks, including data preparation, ad-hoc analyses, reporting updates, and handling stakeholder requests Your Profile You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns, derive insights, and solve business problems You have advanced knowledge of Excel and are comfortable working with large datasets and complex analyses You have a structured, detail-oriented working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment You are proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence You have experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or data visualization tools, which is a plus You are fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus Are you interested in the role but don’t meet all requirements?
