Your Mission Design & Scale Defleeting Processes: Develop, standardize, and optimize end-to-end defleeting workflows to support FINN's rapid fleet growth and expand operations across our FINN Stations. Balance Financial & Customer Metrics: Drive initiatives to optimize turnaround times and damage-related costs while balancing impairment expenses, customer revenue recovery, and overall customer satisfaction at subscription end. Manage Strategic External Partnerships: Serve as the primary operational partner for key external stakeholders, including OEMs, appraisers, and compound hubs. Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Fleet, Customer Operations, Active Fleet, and Vehicle Logistics & Stations—to ensure seamless execution and process integration. Drive Performance & Data Analytics: Establish operational metrics and leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize cycle times, and continuously elevate defleeting performance.
