Your Role As a Business Development Manager in our Customer Growth team for JobAuto, you work jointly with our VP Customer Growth to develop our new product offering and drive growth with our existing customers for FINN. We have three business areas with our B2C, B2B and B2B2C businesses. Your main initial focus will be with JobAuto (B2B2C) - our youngest and fastest growing business. We are targeting companies of all sizes to help their employees switch to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity building one of FINN’s future growth drivers from the start - with the resources and experiences of a successful growth company. With strong project management, conceptual and analytical skills you will advance our JobAuto product, processes and go-to-market strategy and execute growth opportunities. Beyond that you will also take responsibilities for the overall unit and drive initiatives to leverage benefits across customer groups.
