We’re looking for a senior commercial leader with strong consumer goods market experience who knows how to steer a large, growing business through both acceleration and volatility. A leader who cuts through noise, holds the ground when markets fluctuate, and creates clarity for the team. You’ve managed larger teams and multiple direct reports before. You know how to make people feel heard while keeping them accountable. You build structure, set direction, and maintain performance even when the market has ups and downs. What You’ll Own Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for Coins & Banknotes Own the P&L and steer revenue, margin, and performance with disciplined decision-making Translate complex data into clear commercial priorities Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team as your direct reports Create clarity, accountability, and stability within a growing organisation Anticipate and respond to market trends, seasonality, and investment shifts Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key sellers holding the ground in negotiations and commercial discussions Strengthen the seller pipeline in close partnership with Sales Work cross-func…
