We deliver the graphene solution The Role At Black Semiconductor, we are currently searching for a CD-SEM Expert to join us and support the advanced semiconductor manufacturing and technology development. In this role, you will operate, optimize, and maintain CD-SEM metrology tools to deliver accurate nanoscale measurements on semiconductor wafers. You will play a key role in enabling process control, yield improvement, and advanced node development by translating critical dimension data into actionable insights for process and integration teams. Working closely with lithography, etch, and metrology engineers, you will help ensure stable and high-performing development and production processes. In addition, you will support metrology capability building through training activities, documentation, and backup support for broader metrology engineering tasks when required.
