We are now looking for a Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance to help lead this next chapter. Reporting directly to Benjamin Marchal, our CEO, you will lead our global Finance organization and act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Committee and Board. Your mission: drive sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening financial discipline, operational performance and long-term value creation. You will help shape our SaaS operating model, optimize resource allocation and balance growth, profitability and cash generation. Working closely with leaders across Revenue, Product, People and Operations, you will turn financial insights into business decisions, foster accountability and support our strategic priorities, including M&A, investor relations and future liquidity events. We are looking for a Finance leader who combines strategic vision, strong business judgment and hands-on execution. Whether you are an experienced CFO or a VP Finance ready to step up, this is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Board and shape some of the company's most consequential decisions. Within 1 month, you will: Understand 360Learning's strategy, financial performance, organization, culture and key business priorities. Build strong relationships with the CEO, Executive Committee, Finance team and key internal stakeholders. Review our financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance management processes. Assess the maturity of our Finance organization, systems, internal controls and financial governance. Identify the main drivers of growth, profitability, cash generation and operational efficiency. Deliver an initial diagnostic highlighting key risks, opportunities and short-term priorities. Within 3 months, you will: Build and align with the CEO on an 18-month Finance roadmap, covering financial performance, operational efficiency, systems, processes, governance and team development.
