What you will do: Act as a trusted thought partner to the leadership and help drive the company’s highest-priority initiatives. Own the leadership´s operating rhythm, including strategic planning, leadership meetings, company priorities. Take ownership of complex cross-functional problems where no obvious owner exists from defining the problem through to execution. Build the processes, tools and systems that help TACTILIA operate more effectively as the team grows. Drive strategic and operational initiatives across technology, product, commercial, hiring and organisational development. Build and maintain a clear view of company performance, translating data into insights, priorities and actions. Partner with the leadership on headcount planning, resource allocation, partnerships, fundraising and other critical company decisions. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities before they become problems, and design pragmatic solutions. What you bring: Several years of experi…
