If you are excited about this mission, it’s a great time to join. What we’re looking for We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our team. Your experience might be in Product or Service Ownership, Delivery Management, or Consulting with a digital agency. While account management experience is useful, we are particularly looking for candidates with client-side public sector experience, particularly in navigating complex digital projects and helping clients implement the government Service Standard. You’ll have strong experience in helping clients develop and implement effective digital services and interventions. We recognise that candidates may not have deep expertise in every aspect of the role, so we’re open to different backgrounds. Whether you lean more towards Delivery or Product is less important than your ability to build strong relationships, guide clients through challenges, and contribute to sales efforts. In this role, progression will be about the complexity and scale of projects and clients rather than a traditional management track. We’re generally a curious, creative, and caring team.
