Checkout.com is looking for a Communications Manager to join our Communications and Content team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our most impactful, largest, merchant announcements, coordinating across Commercial, Brand and Creative, and your colleagues in Communications to bring some of the most high-profile stories in payments to market. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of editorial judgment, project management, and stakeholder influence. You'll be the connector between account managers, merchants, channel owners, and the broader comms team, ensuring that announcements land with precision, that the pipeline never runs dry, and that the programme gets measurably better over time. How you'll make an impact: Announcement ownership: Lead the end-to-end coordination of hero merchant announcements, from initial brief through to publication — managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the gaps. Content creation: Work on PR and social copy, and supporting communications assets for merchant announcements, with a consistent standard of accuracy, clarity, and commercial relevance. Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with account managers, regional marketing leads, and merchants directly — keeping the flow of announcements moving and anticipating blockers before they become problems.
