About the Opportunity The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. You will join the Governance & Reporting Team within Compliance, responsible for drafting reports, organizing committee meetings, and managing the policy framework as part of the Assurance function. What You’ll Be Doing Reporting Help prepare reports and presentations for a range of audiences, including drafting content and reviewing it for accuracy and consistency. Perform data analysis and build periodic reporting for stakeholders such as board members, executive leadership, and local compliance teams. Track and document successes, issues, and remediation actions, and keep leadership informed through a regular reporting cadence. Coordinate with contributors so they are clear on their deliverables and due dates, and follow up to keep reporting on schedule. PSPG Governance Initiate scheduled reviews of PSPG documents and ensure document authors are aware of upcoming deadlines. Support the review and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across jurisdictions and resolve any contradictions between global and local documents. Work with local compliance teams to confirm new PSPGs align with applicable regulations, internal templates, and requirements.
