Position Summary Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in McLean, Virginia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You'll Do Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Design and develop data governance standards, roles, and responsibilities. Design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping, and cleansing workshops to support the clients' conversion to Cloud. Convert legacy data according to current system's data structure using data warehouse concepts; design conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion. --50% Travel required nationally. --Telecommuting permitted. --Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following: • Supporting implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules; • Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development; • Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details through use of Azure DevOps; • Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycle for the design, development, and implementation of Cloud Platform, including ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow ITSM, and ServiceNow Virtual Agent for enterprise-level clients; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather function…
