Responsibilities Advises relevant stakeholders regarding contractual rights and tariff obligations, providing interpretation of contract terms and conditions and applicable regulations to relevant stakeholders. Support negotiations of contract terms and conditions with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant tariffs. This includes grasping the objectives of the change, identifying areas for compromise, and achieving mutually beneficial agreements. Interprets, analyzes, communicates and resolves issues that arise during application intake. Creates, supports negotiation and incorporates change orders and amendments into key on-going contracts. Develops and/or follows processes to ensure that contracts are managed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with the organization's commitments under the contracts and its regulatory obligations. Completes data entries in the contract management database and electronic storage system accurately and timely. Monitors compliance with tariff contract requirements, and reporting on contract information, development status, and performance to internal parties and regulatory agencies.
