As a Contract Senior Front-End Engineer at Fueled, your mission is to architect the user-facing foundation of our digital products, transforming complex design visions into fast, accessible, and elegant experiences. You will bridge creative vision and technical execution across WordPress block themes and Next.js/React applications, demonstrating expertise in both custom CSS craftsmanship and Tailwind-based implementations depending on project requirements. Your versatility between technical environments, strategic integration of AI tools in your workflow, and commitment to performance and accessibility will directly shape how millions of users interact with our clients' brands. What you will do: Architect and build large-scale, modular front-end products that set new standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability while bringing ambitious art direction to life. Elevate the team's front-end craft through insightful code reviews and by establishing patterns for highly componentized systems that others can follow.
