In this Counsel, Financial Crime and Enterprise Investigations role, you will join a dynamic and collegial team of professionals at TD Legal, providing advice and supporting a wide range of legal and risk areas. This role will lead the Criminal Production Order Fulfillment Team as well as provide legal advice on financial crimes (fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing and economic sanctions) across all lines of business and functional segments operating within The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
