Job description

CRM Consultant (all genders) About the Role You'll own HubSpot implementation projects end to end, from the first discovery workshop through configuration, testing, and client handover, without a senior consultant in the room. Sales pipelines that actually match how the client sells, Service Hub setups that route tickets the way the support team really works, data models and workflows that hold up once real users start touching them. You scope it, build it, advise the client on the decisions that matter, and hand over something they can run on their own. This is a role for someone who has already carried projects alone, is comfortable in front of a client, and knows the difference between "I need guidance" and "I can figure this out." We do not expect you to know every corner of HubSpot yet. We fund certifications and pair you with senior consultants on the complex programs. What You'll Do You'll own HubSpot implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, including project plan, client communication, and delivery documentation, delivering at least 2 of them end to end with client sign-off and no escalations requiring senior intervention within your first 6 months You'll run client-facing discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and handover calls on your own, on at least 3 projects in your first 6 months You'll configure HubSpot Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations) to client-specific requirements: workflows, custom objects, properties, associations, and native integrations You'll advise clients on best practices, data model decisions, and process design, going past "which button to click" into recommendations that change how they actually work You'll spot technical limitations early and propose a pragmatic workaround instead of escalating by default You'll maintain at least 80% billable utilisation across your assigned engagements from month 2 onward You'll keep your work visible: tasks tracked in Jira, documentation current in Confluence, delays flagged early rather than on the day of…
