Our platform gives the world’s most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. Moving beyond traditional account management, this role requires an operational partner to drive post-transaction delivery, manage cross-functional workflows, and convert front-line client insights into scalable sales enablement. You will combine high-touch client support with rigorous execution to ensure enterprise buyers experience seamless value at every stage. The Role Manage end-to-end post-transaction execution, serving as the primary liaison for clients on retirement coordination, custom reporting requests, and finance operations including invoicing queries. Proactively identify supply delays and operational risks, developing swift mitigation strategies and partnering with Account Executives to deliver clear, solutions-focused client communications. Maintain rigorous data hygiene across Salesforce and our platform while systematically uncovering expansion and upsell opportunities to drive recurring account growth alongside Sales. Deliver high-touch client support and troubleshooting, rallying internal cross-functional teams to streamline deliverable timelines and ensure seamless execution. Synthesize front-line client feedback to inform product roadmaps, while translating real-world best practices into enablement resources that prepare Account Executives for pre-sales conversations. Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute strategic client communication campaigns that keep complex corporate networks, suppliers, and subsidiaries engaged long-term.
