Tasks As the Cyber Security Engineering Business Manager (m/w/d) located in Germany, you drive commercial growth across NVISO's Cyber Security Engineering (CEN) practice globally, spanning both Security Operations Engineering (SOE) and Cyber Security Engineering (CSE) solution lines. You are the commercial owner of both CEN solution lines: SOC and security operations professional services (SOE) and cloud security engagements (CSE). You combine business development, strategic account management and vendor partnership management. You own the global partnership with Microsoft, NVISO's most strategic technology partner in the CEN space, and act as its primary business-facing interface. You work with Microsoft's account executives, technical specialists and partner development managers to co-develop strategic accounts and unlock cross-border opportunities across Benelux and DACH. You are the commercial lead on strategic CEN accounts. You shape the multi-year account plan, orchestrate NVISO's specialists across solution lines, and hold the customer relationship at CxO level. Your focus is turning first engagements into multi-year, cross-solution-line commitments rather than one-off wins. Beyond accounts, you help shape the CEN service portfolio itself. The portfolio is under active development and needs commercial direction: what to productize, how to bundle, how to position against Microsoft's own stack. Typical responsibilities include: Owning business development end-to-end for both CEN solution lines: SOC and security operations professional services (SOE) and cloud security engagements (CSE), including pipeline generation, qualification and conversion; Owning the global Microsoft partnership: joint account planning, co-sell registration, and alignment with Microsoft's segment sellers across regions; Pursuing relevant Microsoft specializa…
