You'll design and build reliable, trusted datasets that accelerate decision-making across product and business functions, directly impacting our roadmap and growth. This role is based in our San Francisco Headquarters. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. What You'll Achieve: Define ETL processes and infrastructure to make data readily available across the company Build core datasets as single sources of truth for product and business teams (product, marketing, sales, finance, customer experience, data science, operations, IT, engineering) Partner with data scientists and stakeholders to understand their needs and design, build, and monitor pipelines that scale with our growing data Implement automated workflows that reduce operational costs, define SLAs for timely data delivery, and democratize data through self-serve dashboards, discovery tools, and AI-enabled exploration Skills You'll Need to Bring: Self-starte…
