The Opportunity As an instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery of our technical content and supporting our apprentices in upskilling in these technical areas through workshops and drop in sessions. You will help apprentices develop the appropriate Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours throughout their programme. The Multiverse delivery team is a diverse mix of industry experts, educators, and academics, working together to build the future of work. You will be part of this team, reporting to a Delivery Lead who will guide your development. To ensure a strong start, you will complete a 3-week onboarding programme, covering: Modern teaching methodologies - for a hands-on, engaging learning experience Technical upskilling - to align with the relevant apprenticeship standard Practical coaching opportunities - a rigorous, robust feedback process to get you ready to launch your programme At the end of onboarding, you will be ready to support Multiverse apprentices, helping them develop technical expertise and industry-relevant skills relating to AI and Data domains and drive impact within their businesses.
