About ALBA Sourdough Pizza ALBA Sourdough Pizza began in Kreis 3 in Zurich and has since grown into a multi-location concept celebrated for artisanal sourdough pizza and community-driven hospitality. Our foundation is AULUS, our now 160-year-old sourdough starter, which fuels our dough and embodies our commitment to craftsmanship and flavour. We continue to work directly with a unique network of producers, importing high-quality ingredients and cutting out middlemen to support sustainable food systems.
