Aufgaben Your responsibilities Infrastructure & Automation: Implement best practices for automation, scalability, and system reliability on high-traffic Kubernetes-based applications. Maintenance & Upgrades: Support the maintenance of customer infrastructure, including Kubernetes upgrades and supply chain security. Developer Support: Participate in continuous improvement processes, focusing on empowering full-stack developers to manage complex deployments in development environments. DevOps & MLOps Culture: Drive the adoption of DevOps and MLOps best practices across the team. Learning & Experimentation: Utilize up to 25% of your working time to learn and experiment with new technologies based on the direction of freshcells. Qualifikation Must‑haves Strong practical experience with Kubernetes Expertise with helm, including writing and maintaining custom Helm charts Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or similar) Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with GitOps and continuous delivery tools such as flux CD Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (ideally Terraform) Familiarity with linux, shell scripting and/or Python Experience with observability, understanding how to set up and use logging, metr…
