Director, Enterprise Applications Position Profile Function: Business Technology — Enterprise Applications Reporting line: Chief Security and Business Technology Officer Role Purpose Lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of 6sense’s enterprise applications, turning business priorities into secure, scalable platforms and measurable outcomes. This is a business transformation leadership role—not simply an application administration or project delivery role. The Director will partner with Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal and Partner Operations to simplify processes, strengthen data quality and controls, and improve how work gets done. AI fluency and applied AI delivery are core requirements: the role must identify where AI creates value, where conventional automation is better, and where human judgment must remain accountable. Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1. Enterprise Strategy & Business Partnership Own a business-aligned application roadmap and investment portfolio, balancing growth, operational efficiency, risk, user experience and technical debt. Partner with functional leaders to define business problems, accountable process owners, funding, expected benefits and adoption commitments before delivery begins. Run transparent prioritization and portfolio reviews; challenge low-value requests and communicate trade-offs, dependencies and decisions clearly. 2. AI-Enabled Business Transformation Build a prioritized portfolio of AI and automation opportunities across business workflows, starting with process redesign and data readiness rather than tool selection.
