Zone & Co is seeking an accomplished Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering teams across the Americas, overseeing our Platform Services and AI, Quote-to-Cash and ZoneProcure teams while collaborating with engineering and product counterparts in EMEA and APAC to deliver innovative solutions for our global clients. As a metrics-driven engineering leader with a mindset focused on removing friction and increasing efficiency across the engineering organization, this is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
