We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to guide and coach our development teams within Data & Technology Solutions. You will be a champion of Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization. Your role will be critical in enabling our teams to deliver high-quality data products and AI platforms efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to WPP's innovation in the AdTech space. You are: A leader who empowers teams, removing impediments and fostering an environment of collaboration and psychological safety. An expert facilitator, skilled at guiding teams through Agile ceremonies and discussions to achieve clear outcomes. A strong communicator and coach, adept at nurturing Agile mindsets and practices across individuals and the organization.
