The role We're hiring a Director of Fleet Operations Execution to lead the global delivery of on-road testing across all programs and geographies. This role sits at the centre of our operations—responsible for translating technical testing requirements into real-world delivery, managing regional test teams, and partnering closely with Engineering and Product to ensure our autonomous and assisted driving systems are exercised, validated, and ready to scale. You’ll lead execution with pace and rigour while shaping how advanced technology is tested in the real world. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of real-world testing across UK, US, DE, and JP — across internal R&D and OEM programs Manage regional Heads of Fleet Ops and the Demonstrations Manager, aligning priorities and maintaining test readiness Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to operationalise feature and milestone testing, including test routes, schedules, and configs Define and lead global test planning cycles, execution cadences, and milestone delivery processes Drive consistent, high-quality test execution across regions, sites, and programs Coordinate across technical domains to align test needs with system maturity (e.g. releases, hardware readiness, validation goals) Surface risks, blockers, and delivery gaps early, and lead structured reviews and escalations to course-correct Champion consi…
