The ideal candidate will have deep experience in emerging-market FX, strong relationships with liquidity providers, sharp analytical and execution skills, and the judgement to manage risk and margin under volatile conditions. This is a live desk doing real volume; the role is to take ownership of it, sharpen what it does, and scale it as corridors grow. The Director of Trading reports to the Head of Treasury and leads the existing trading team.
