About the Role: Camunda is building out a new sub-division, Camunda Experience, that owns the entire experience layer sitting on top of our orchestration cluster API: the Camunda Hub (managing and sharing process assets, collaborative modeling), our Clients and SDKs, the AI-native builder experience and AI skills, the frontend web apps used to operate and manage human tasks, and our integrations with business applications. This is the fastest-moving part of our product, and it is where Camunda's bet on an AI-first way of working is most visible. To deliver it, we are introducing a new role: the Builder, one holistic role that combines what used to be split across Product Management, Design, and Engineering, and uses an AI-first way of working to discover user problems, define solutions, build, ship, and maintain them. Builders work in small pods (~3 builders per pod), shipping in days rather than months.
