Qventus uses AI to optimize health system operations across inpatient capacity, surgical growth, ambulatory access, and care gap closure. Following our $105M Series D led by KKR, we are scaling multi-product operations and expanding our commercial organization. This is a foundational build role. You will unify and own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and CS, including forecast integrity, pipeline architecture, territory/quota models, deal desk, and GTM systems strategy. Reporting directly to a neutral revenue owner, you will serve as a key partner and builder with full mandate to shape the function. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end forecasting methodology, cadence, and accuracy ( What We’re Looking For 5 - 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record building RevOps from zero (forecasting, pipeline architecture, data models). Demonstrated ownership and defense of forecast accuracy and methodologies. Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise in the object model, reporting, and enough data fluency to catch a bad number yourself. Strong analytical skills across pipeline, conversion, and cycle-time analysis; fluency in SQL or a modern BI stack. Experience designing territory, quota, and compensation models for a multi-segment or multi-product sales organization.
