About this role: This is a high-impact role at the strategic heart of our future talent engine. We are looking for an innovative, globally-minded Early Careers professional to be the face, voice, and leader of our NextGen brand. In this role, you aren't just a program manager; you are a brand ambassador, a community builder, and an operational architect. We are seeking a product-minded problem solver who is excited to lead our foundational programs, design top-tier university partnerships, meet the brightest emerging talent, and define what global excellence looks like. Based in our London HQ, you will set the global standards and frameworks that ensure our early careers talent thrives consistently across all our international hubs. What you’ll be doing? Driving our Global NextGen Brand: You will be the primary custodian representing our early careers brand in the market. Your goal is to establish us as the top global choice for ambitious students and graduates through creative events, digital engagement, and immersive experiences. Architecting University Partnerships: You will design, build, and oversee high-quality, targeted university partnership frameworks to extract top-tier talent internationally.
