Job description

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing . Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team AI Enablement builds Raisin's internal AI platform. We also shape how Raisin builds software with AI, from AI-assisted coding to agentic workflows that support teams across the development lifecycle. Because Raisin operates in regulated financial services, security and compliance are core to how we design the platform. The team is growing, and you will shape both what it builds and how it works. Your Responsibilities As Engineering Lead, you lead the engineers who build Raisin's internal AI platform and drive the company's AI-assisted engineering practices. You are accountable for the team's delivery, growth, and maintaining the AI platform users' trust. Lead and grow the team Hire, onboard, and develop engineers, and build a team that works autonomously across platform engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Hold regular 1:1s, set clear expectations, and agree individual development plans with each engineer. Give timely feedback, recognise strong performance, and address low performance early. Create an environment of trust, open communication, and continuous learning, so the team keeps up with a fast-moving field without burning out. Own delivery and operations Own end-to-end delivery, from planning and estimation through implementation and release, balanci…
