You’re a former software engineer ideally a tech lead who made the move into leadership without leaving the technology behind. You grow people, shape how the team works, and still sit at the table when architecture decisions are made. You bring the energy and pace of a fast-moving scale-up and help your team ship high-quality, scalable, and reliable software – fast. 🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing engineering team Hire top talent, run meaningful 1:1s, give clear and honest feedback, and create real growth paths so every engineer on your team levels up. Stay hands-on and drive technical design together with your engineers Take part in technical discussions, review designs and code, and co-own architecture decisions with your team – you lead by understanding the details, not from a distance. Foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-ownership culture Create an environment where engineers feel valued, empowered, and psychologically safe – while keeping the bar high.
