ERP Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to maintain, integrate and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. You will be the day-to-day owner of the system: you keep it running, connect it to the shop floor, and turn user requests into working, tested changes. You will work directly with production, finance, procurement and quality. If a material is booked wrong or an order does not reach the line, you are the person who finds the root cause and fixes it. About us We're a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility in Steyerberg, Lower Saxony, and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O: configuration, security roles, master data, batch jobs and environment management. Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and the MES/PLC layer, logistics and purchasing partners, reporting tools and external systems. Support production processes in the ERP: production orders, bills of materials, routings, batch and serial traceability, and inventory movements. Develop and maintain extensions and reports (X++, data entities, Power BI) to close functional gaps. Manage updates, quality updates and release testing together with IT and the ERP Lead. Provide first- and second-level user support and training, and document processes and configurations. Monitor data quality and integration health, and resolve incidents through root-cause analysis.
