We're looking for an exceptional individual to become one of the most important operational hires in the company, working directly alongside both Co-Founders as a trusted partner who enables them to operate at their highest level while helping build the operational foundation of a fast-growing, venture-backed business. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment by anticipating needs before they arise, solving problems independently, and ensuring the leadership team stays focused on scaling the company. In addition to providing outstanding executive support, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our London office, creating a workplace that reflects the professionalism, culture, and ambition of the company. What You Will Be Doing Provide dedicated day-to-day support to both Co-Founders, managing complex and constantly evolving calendars and priorities. Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed travel itineraries. Schedule internal and external meetings, board meetings, and investor meetings, while preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials. Track action items, ensure follow-ups are completed, screen incoming requests, and handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
