What you’ll do The PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA is a new, highly visible, and critical role on AlixPartners’ Executive Recruiting team. Reporting to the Global Head, Executive Recruiting, you will lead the executive recruiting team and function in EMEA, covering the UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East, focused on Partner (non-equity) and Partner & Managing Director (equity) candidates. You will set the strategy for this dynamic function, create trust-based executive stakeholder relationships, implement best practices, mentor and develop the team, and personally manage multiple searches and candidate relationships. An important focus of this role is building trusted relationships with the highly matrixed EMEA leadership team, including regional and country leaders, and heads of Practices, Industries, and Service Lines. In addition, this role will often work with global leaders in the Americas and APAC. Strong communication skills, coupled with first-hand knowledge of local or country employment laws and customs, are very important. This role will be a culture carrier for the team and function, reinforcing a forward-looking, inclusive, collaborative, and creative work environment. You will create strong connections with candidates, helping guide them through a rigorous process with care and excellent communication.
