We deliver the graphene solution The Role Black Semiconductor is looking for an (Experienced) Process Integration Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Fab team in Aachen, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the challenges of semiconductor manufacturing, developing systematic methodologies to address them, and delivering stable, scalable process integration solutions for integrated graphene photonics and high-speed optical chip interconnects You will play a key role in driving our technology towards a robust and stable integration flow by leveraging existing semiconductor manufacturing methods to achieve high performance, reliability, and yield. You will translate process observations into actionable improvements and support the maturation of our technology from development to volume manufacturing This is a hybrid onsite role closely collaborating with our Fab team at our 300 mm manufacturing facility in Aachen Your Responsibilities Develop and qualify process flows and integration schemes for integrated photonic devices to meet product requirements Conceive, plan, execute, and interpret process integration studies to support technology maturation and enable a vi…
