Reporting to and collaborating with our CFO, you’ll play a key role in controlling, forecasting, reporting , managing day-to-day operations , streamlining & automating our finance workflows . We’re seeking someone analytical, organized & proactive, open-minded and curious — who’s excited and driven about using AI and automation tools to elevate how finance operates in a fast-growing environment. 🔧 What will you be doing? 🧮 Financial Analysis & Controlling Lead the monthly closing process (P&L, cash flow position, and cash flow statement) Prepare and analyse the monthly financial reporting to identify variances and recommend corrective actions (cost optimization, accruals, budget overrun, etc.) Monitor and optimize cash flow and financial transactions Track and analyse our main ops/finance KPIs (ARR, chur…
