What We're Looking For We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Associate to keep the financial and operational engine of a fast-scaling deep-tech company running smoothly. You'll work side by side with the Head of Finance in a small team, which gives you broad exposure across finance and operations from day one and real room to grow into more. Please note that this role requires professional-level German (C1 or above), as our finance, tax, and administrative processes run in German. You bring finance fundamentals, a structured way of working, and genuine curiosity about how a business operates end to end. What You'll Own Run day-to-day finance operations on the payables side: accounts payable, payment runs, and a clean, on-time procure-to-pay process Support our outgoing invoicing process, from creating and issuing customer invoices through to tracking receivables and incoming payments Support the monthly closing and prepare our financial investor reporting, working closely with the Head of Finance and our external accountants Track budgets and actuals across cost centers and flag deviations early Act as the interna…
