We seek a talented Flutter Developer to join our Augsburg office and contribute to our mission of enhancing digital mobility. We offer a unique opportunity for IT talents to move to Augsburg in Germany. Tasks As a member of our Flutter product development team, you will design, develop, and enhance features for our smartphone app, which is used by over a million users worldwide and available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. You'll take full ownership of feature development and ongoing maintenance, ensuring long-term code quality, performance, and stability across the app. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies, playing an active role in shaping our product vision and technology strategy. You'll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience. Requirements Strong expertise in developing cross-platform apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS. Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects , handling production-level app complexity, scale, and performance. Experience with AI-driven development workflows and tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to streamline coding, refactoring, and testing is a plus. Passionate about creating high-quality, complex applications within agile development teams. Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, JSON, and HTTP. Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment. We communicate in English; German language skills are not required .
