What FDEs do at our partner startups Own a deployment end to end, from scoping to go-live Run discovery: gather requirements and turn business needs into technical requirements Work directly with the customer's engineers Write production code, build integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, transport management, data systems) and design the solution architecture Explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives Feed learnings from the field back into product, and build reusable patterns, tools and playbooks from individual deployments What we look for Engineering: you ship production-quality code fast, work with APIs, databases and cloud platforms, and debug production issues under time pressure. Typical languages: Python, TypeScript. Customer judgment: you turn a vague request into a scoped problem, and you know when to say no Communication: you explain technical trade-offs clearly, in writing and live Ownership: you have a track record of driving outcomes end to end, not just contributing, and you operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Track record: outlier achievements, such as shipped products or top performance anywhere Nice to have Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents (retrieval, evals, prompt engineering, tool use) A product background What the process looks like 1.
