Tasks We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals interested in building companies in the vettech space together with ThirtyEight Capital. Our thesis: The German veterinary market is consolidating. Capital is buying up practices, and the people who actually do the work are increasingly employed by someone whose interests aren't theirs. Most of them didn't spend six years studying to become someone else's headcount — but the alternative, going out alone, has become close to impossible: financing, buildout, staffing, admin, regulation, and a business skillset nobody taught them. We think that gap is the opportunity, and we think it's addressable with infrastructure rather than capital alone.
